(17) باب الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ مَمَرٌّ، أَوْ شِرْبٌ فِي حَائِطٍ أَوْ فِي نَخْلٍ
Narrated Zaid bin Thabit:
The Prophet (ﷺ) permitted selling the dates of the 'Araya for ready dates by estimating the amount of the former (as they are still on the trees). (IT)
