(11) باب الصِّدْقِ فِي الْبَيْعِ وَالْبَيَانِ

(11) Chapter: Honesty in selling and disclosure of defects (IT)

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي التَّيَّاحِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم . بِمِثْلِهِ . قَالَ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ وُلِدَ حَكِيمُ بْنُ حِزَامٍ فِي جَوْفِ الْكَعْبَةِ وَعَاشَ مِائَةً وَعِشْرِينَ سَنَةً .

A hadith like this has been transmitted on the authority of Hakim b. Hizam (Imam Muslim) said:
Hakim b. Hizam was born inside the Ka'ba and lived for one hundred and twenty years. (IT)
