Mosque Aisha is a Sunni Mosque featuring a peaceful atmosphere and a warm, inclusive community. It offers a tranquil premise for spiritual growth and worship. Through its various programs, Mosque Aisha encourages individuals to connect with Islam, participate in religious activities, and provide support to the underprivileged. Other than five-time daily Salah and Jummah prayer, Mosque Aisha also focuses on providing religious education to the community.
This includes programs for adults to learn the Holy Quran with Tajweed to promote their understanding and pronunciation of the sacred text. Moreover, the mosque holds Halaqa sessions for boys to nurture their spiritual growth from an early age. Considering community services, Mosque Aisha offers counseling sessions for the youth as well as Nikah services. Masjid Alsalam Niagara Falls Islamic Center, more commonly known as the Peace Mosque, was originally a church that was purchased by the Muslim community in May 2017. It welcomes Muslims of all ages, including children. The mosque provides a peaceful and serene environment for people to worship and seek spiritual solace and serves as a vital center for the local Muslim community. The Peace Mosque takes pride in its foundations of open-mindedness, diversity, community building, and civic engagement. Its convenient location provides an inclusive and welcoming environment for Muslims to pray, participate in religious gatherings, and find community support.
In terms of prayer services, the mosque offers five daily prayers: Jummah, Tarawih, Qiyaam-ul-lail in Ramadan, and Eid prayers. To religiously strengthen the youth and the community, the Peace Mosque holds workshops teaching the Quran to children and adults, holds a weekend Arabic language school for children, and organizes various religious seminars and lectures. Other services offered by the mosque include family counseling, especially regarding marital disputes.
The Islamic Society of Niagara Peninsula (ISNP) consists of a welcoming community of Muslims that engage in various religious, social, and learning activities. ISNP is also accommodating to surrounding Muslim communities and serves as a hub for fostering unity and understanding. Moreover, the mosque organizes children-friendly religious events and is an ideal place for families to practice their faith and participate in community-based activities.
Apart from daily prayers and Jummah prayers, the society organizes Eid and Tarawih prayers as well. It also holds a Weekend Islamic School and Sunnah Camp for children, along with seminars to educate the community about various subjects. Masjid Noor, also known as the Islamic Society of St. Catharines, is a Sunni Mosque established in 1994. Located just 22 minutes from Niagara Falls, Ontario, this society is a non-profit organization that has served the local community for many years. Due to its central location in St. Catharines, the mosque serves as a lively spiritual hub and promotes inclusivity, solace, and various cultural and religious activities. To target a wider audience, the services of the mosque are mainly in English. Apart from regular prayers and Jummah prayers, the mosque organizes Eid Prayers, Tarawih prayers, and Salat Al-Janazah (Funeral Prayer). Although details of the services offered by the mosque are limited, Masjid Al-Noor serves as a community-oriented mosque that promotes spirituality and togetherness.
Thorold is located 15 minutes from Niagara Falls, Ontario. This is where the beautiful Masjid Bayt-Al-Iman is located. This mosque is a project under the development of the Islamic Center of Niagara Region (ICNR) and comprises a comprehensive community center spread over 10 acres of land. This visionary project will serve as a religious, social, cultural, and educational hub not only for the locals but for all Muslims visiting from around the world.
Masjid Bayt-Al-Iman aims to promote spiritual, communal, and personal growth. Prayer services will include Jummah, Eid, Tarawih, and Funeral prayers. Educational services will offer Quranic studies and Islamic education for children and adults, focusing especially on learning and skill development. The mosque will also feature a well-stocked library with books on religious history and heritage. Other services available at the community center will include counseling and support services, social and recreational activities, and volunteer and fundraising initiatives.
