باب 21

(21) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي كَرَاهِيَةِ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً

(21) Chapter: What Has Been Related About It Being Disliked To Barter Animals For Animals On Credit (PT)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْحَيَوَانُ اثْنَانِ بِوَاحِدٍ لاَ يَصْلُحُ نَسِيئًا وَلاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ يَدًا بِيَدٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated Jabir:
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Animals [two for one] are not proper on credit, and there is no harm in a hand to hand (exchange)."The Hadith is Hasan Sahih. (PT)
