(37) باب إِذَا تَتَابَعَ فِي شُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ

I think he said for the fifth time: If he drinks it, kill him.Abu Dawud said: And similarly the word "a fifth time" occurs in the tradition of Abu Ghutaif. (PT)
