باب 16

(16) باب كَرَاهَةِ التَّنَفُّسِ فِي نَفْسِ الإِنَاءِ وَاسْتِحْبَابِ التَّنَفُّسِ ثَلاَثًا خَارِجَ الإِنَاءِ

(16) Chapter: It is disliked to breathe into the vessel, and it is recommended to take three breaths, outside the vessel (PT)

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ، اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يُتَنَفَّسَ فِي الإِنَاءِ .


Abu Qatada reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) forbade breathing in a vessel. (PT)
