(69) باب مَنْ كَرِهَ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ بِأَجْرٍ

(69) Chapter: Whoever hated that an urban person should sell the goods of a desert dweller and charge him for that (PT)

حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَبَّاحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَنَفِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ. وَبِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ.

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the selling of the goods of a desert dweller by a town person. (PT)
