(5) باب إِبْطَالِ الْوَصِيَّةِ لِلْوَارِثِ
It was narrated that 'Amr bin Kharijah said:
"The Messenger of Allah delivered a Khutbah and said: 'Allah has given every person who has rights his due, and there is no bequest to an heir.'" (PT)
