The dua upon hearing the Athan is one of the Sunnahs of the Prophet Muhammad (ï·º) and carries immense benefits and virtues for the one who recites it regularly. The dua was taught by the Prophet Muhammad( ï·º ) himself, and he stated that the sins of the person who recites this dua upon hearing the Athan will be forgiven (Sunan an-Nasa'i Vol. 1, Book 7, Hadith 680). The same has been reported in (Sahih Muslim 386) and (Sunan Abi Dawud 525). The Prophet Muhammad ï·º promised his intercession for the person who recites the dua upon hearing the Athan on the day of Resurrection (Sahih al-Bukhari 614). In another hadith, it is reported that the Prophet Muhammad( ï·º) used to make the dua upon hearing the Athan (Sahih al-Bukhari 613).

Laa hawla wa laa quwwata 'illaa billaah.
Желательно повторять за муаззином всё,что он говорит, вплоть до слов «Спешите на молитву!» (хаййа ‘аля с-салят!) и «Спешите к спасению!» (хаййа ‘аля ль-фалях!), вместо которых необходимо произносить слова «Нет мощи и силы ни у кого, кроме Аллаха».
Wa 'anaa 'ash-hadu 'an laa 'ilaaha 'illallaahu wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa 'anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa Rasooluhu, radheetu billaahi Rabban, wa bi-Muhammadin Rasoolan wa bil'islaami deenan.
После того как муаззин произнесёт слова свидетельства, желательно сказать: «И я свидетельствую, что нет бога, кроме одного лишь Аллаха, у Которого нет сотоварища,и что Мухаммад — Его раб и Его посланник;доволен я Аллахом как Господом, Мухаммадом — как посланником и исламом — как религией»

Передают, что Пророк (c.а.в.с.) сказал: «Когда услышите [призыв] муаззина [на молитву], повторяйте то, что он говорит, после чего призовите на меня благословение»
Allaahumma Rabba haathihid-da 'watit-taammati wassalaatil-qaa'imati, 'aati Muhammadanil-waseelata walfadheelata, wab 'ath-hu maqaamam-mahmoodanil-lathee wa'adtahu, ['innaka laa tukhliful-mee'aad]
Завершив повторять то, что произносит муаззин, желательно обратиться к Аллаху с мольбой за пророка и сказать: «О Аллах, Господь этого совершенного призыва и совершаемой (ка’има) молитвы, приведи Мухаммада к Василе и высокому положению (фадыля) и направь его к месту достохвальному, которое Ты обещал ему, {ведь Ты не нарушаешь обещаний!}
One must make an effort to recite the dua upon hearing the Athan in the best way possible. The best way to recite the dua is to be considerate and respectful of the Athan and put aside all the activities you are involved in once the Athan starts. You should listen to the Athan, repeat after the Muezzin as directed in the Hadith, and then, after the completion of the Athan, make this dua.
Reciting the dua upon hearing the Athan has numerous benefits and virtues. Firstly, the sins of the person will be forgiven. The reciter will be awarded the intercession (Shifayah) of Prophet Muhammad( ï·º) on the day of judgment. The dua of any sort made after the Athan is never rejected. It is a sunnah to recite the dua upon hearing the Athan, and thus is a great way for a person to increase his good deeds.
