(15) باب النَّهْىِ عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ،

(15) Chapter: The Prohibition Of The Price Of A Dog (RU)

أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْرُوفُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ الْجُذَامِيُّ، أَنَّ عُلَىَّ بْنَ رَبَاحٍ اللَّخْمِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ يَحِلُّ ثَمَنُ الْكَلْبِ وَلاَ حُلْوَانُ الْكَاهِنِ وَلاَ مَهْرُ الْبَغِيِّ " .

Abu Hurairah said:
"The Prophet said: 'The price of a dog, the fees of a fortuneteller and the gift of a female fornicator are not permissible."' (RU)
