(6) باب تَحْرِيمِ بَيْعِ الْحَاضِرِ لِلْبَادِي

(6) Chapter: The prohibition of the town-dweller selling on behalf of a bedouin (RU)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ،ح . وَحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ قَالَ أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ نُهِينَا عَنْ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ .

Anas b. Malik (Allah be pleased with him) said:
We were forbidden that a townsman should sell for a man of the desert. (RU)
