(133) باب هَلْ يَبِيتُ أَصْحَابُ السِّقَايَةِ أَوْ غَيْرُهُمْ بِمَكَّةَ لَيَالِيَ مِنًى

(133) Chapter: May those who provide the pilgrims with water stay at Makkah during the nights of Mina? (RU)

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَذِنَ.

Narrated Ibn `Umar:
That the Prophet (ﷺ) allowed people who provided the pilgrims with water to stay at Mecca during the nights of Mina. (RU)
