(6) باب إِثْمِ مَانِعِ الزَّكَاةِ

(6) Chapter: The sin of one who withholds Zakat (RU)

وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ بُكَيْرًا، حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ " إِذَا لَمْ يُؤَدِّ الْمَرْءُ حَقَّ اللَّهِ أَوِ الصَّدَقَةَ فِي إِبِلِهِ " . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ .

This hadith has been narrated by Abu Huraira through another chain of transmitters:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:" When a person does not pay what is due to Allah or Sadaqa of his camels...." The rest of the hadith is the same. (RU)
