(154) باب فِي سُهْمَانِ الْخَيْلِ

(1001) Chapter: Alloting Two Shares For The Horse (TR)

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ آلِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، بِمَعْنَاهُ إِلاَّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ ثَلاَثَةَ نَفَرٍ . زَادَ فَكَانَ لِلْفَارِسِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَسْهُمٍ .


The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Abu 'Umrah through a different chain of narrators to the same effect. But this version has "Three Persons" and added "To the horseman three portions." (TR)
