(7) باب قضاء الحاجة

(7) Chapter: The Manners of Answering the Call of Nature (JA)

وَأَخْرَجَ اَلطَّبَرَانِيُّ اَلنَّهْيَ عَن ْ (110) تَحْتِ اَلْأَشْجَارِ اَلْمُثْمِرَةِ, وَضَفَّةِ اَلنَّهْرِ الْجَارِي. مِنْ حَدِيثِ اِبْنِ عُمَرَ بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيف ٍ (111) .4 - أي: التخلي.5 - منكر. رواه الطبراني بتمامه في "الأوسط" كما في مجمع البحرين (349)، وفي "الكبير" الشطر الأخير منه كما في "مجمع الزوائد" (104).


At-Tabarani also narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Umar (with a weak chain of narrators), the prohibition of relieving oneself under fruit trees and beside the bank of a flowing river. (JA)
