(26) باب مَنْ شَهَرَ سَيْفَهُ ثُمَّ وَضَعَهُ فِي النَّاسِ
It was narrated that Ibn Az-Zubair said:
"Whoever wields a weapon and starts to strike (the people) with it, it is permissible to shed his blood." (JA)
