باب 48

(48) باب ثَوَابِ مَنْ حَبَسَهُ عَنِ الْغَزْوِ، مَرَضٌ أَوْ عُذْرٌ آخَرُ

(48) Chapter: The reward of one who is kept from fighting by sickness or any other excuse (JA)

وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ، يُونُسَ كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ غَيْرَ أَنَّ فِي، حَدِيثِ وَكِيعٍ " إِلاَّ شَرِكُوكُمْ فِي الأَجْرِ " .

In a version of the tradition narrated on the authority of A'mash, we have the words:
" They will share with you the reward (for Jihad)." (JA)
