(7) باب مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ أَوْ مَثَّلَ بِهِ أَيُقَادُ مِنْهُ
Narrated Qatadah:
Through the same chain of narrators as mentioned before, i.e. Samurah reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: If anyone castrates his slave, we shall castrate him. He then mentioned the rest of the tradition like that of Sh'ubah and Hammad.Abu Dawud said: Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi transmitted it from Hisham like the tradition of Mu'adh. (JA)
