(12) باب الْحَاكِمِ يَحْكُمُ بِالْقَتْلِ عَلَى مَنْ وَجَبَ عَلَيْهِ دُونَ الإِمَامِ الَّذِي فَوْقَهُ
Narrated Anas:
Qais bin Sa`d was to the Prophet (ﷺ) like a chief police officer to an Amir (chief). (JA)
