باب 30

(30) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي كَرَاهِيَةِ التَّحْرِيشِ بَيْنَ الْبَهَائِمِ وَالضَّرْبِ وَالْوَسْمِ فِي الْوَجْهِ .

(30) Chapter: What Has Been Related About The Dislike Of Encouraging Beasts To Fight On Another [And Striking Them Or Branding Them On The Face] (JA)

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْوَسْمِ فِي الْوَجْهِ وَالضَّرْبِ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ .

Narrated Jabir:
"The Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited branding on the face and striking (it)."[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. (JA)
