(32) باب بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ
It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that:
the Prophet forbade selling fresh dates still on the tree for dried dates. Ibn 'Umar said: "Azid bin Thabit narrated to me, that Allah's Messenger permitted that in the case o 'Ayaya"' (JA)
