(11) باب مَا جَاءَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ جِزْيَةٌ

(11) Chapter: What Has Been Related About: There Is No Jizyah Required From The Muslims (JA)

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَكْثَمَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَصْلُحُ قِبْلَتَانِ فِي أَرْضٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ جِزْيَةٌ " .

Ibn Abbas narrated that :
the Messenger of Allah said: "Two Qiblahs in one land are of no benefit, and there is no Jizyah upon the Muslims." (JA)
