(14) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي خَاتَمِ الْفِضَّةِ

(14) Chapter: What Has Been Related About The Silver RIng (JA)

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، وَغَيْرُ، وَاحِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ خَاتَمُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مِنْ وَرِقٍ وَكَانَ فَصُّهُ حَبَشِيًّا . قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ وَبُرَيْدَةَ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ .

Narrated Anas:
"The Prophet (ﷺ) had ring made of silver and its stone (Fass) was Ethiopian."He said: There are narrations on this topic from Ibn 'Umar and Buraidah.[Abu 'Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan Sahih Gharib from this route. (JA)
