(20) باب اسْتِحْبَابِ التَّرْتِيلِ فِي الْقِرَاءَةِ
Waki' and Ibn 'Uyainah said (explaining the meaning of taghanni):
This means that the Qur'an makes a man neglect all other things, and be content with it. (JA)
