(72) باب صَاعٍ مِنْ شَعِيرٍ

(72) Chapter: Sadaqat-ul-Fitr is one Sa' of barley (JA)

حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ كُنَّا نُطْعِمُ الصَّدَقَةَ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ.

Narrated Abu Sa`id:
We used to give one Sa' of barley as Sadaqat-ul-Fitr (per head). (JA)
