(34) باب فِي الْمُخَابَرَةِ
Narrated Zaid b. Thabit:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade mukhabarah. I asked: What is mukhabarah ? He replied: That you have the land (for cultivation) for half, a third, or a quarter (of the produce). (JA)
