باب 37

(37) باب إِبَاحَةِ الأَخْذِ لِمَنْ أُعْطِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ مَسْأَلَةٍ وَلاَ إِشْرَافٍ

(37) Chapter: It is permissible to take without asking for it or hoping for it (JA)

وَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الأَشَجِّ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ السَّعْدِيِّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ اسْتَعْمَلَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ - رضى الله عنه - عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ . بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ .

Ibn al-Sa'di reported:
'Umar b. Khattab (Allah be pleased with him) appointed me as a collector of Sadaqat. The rest of the hadith in the same. (JA)
