باب 44

(44) باب تَحْرِيمِ ضَرْبِ الْخُدُودِ وَشَقِّ الْجُيُوبِ وَالدُّعَاءِ بِدَعْوَى الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ

(44) Chapter: The prohibition of striking one's checks, tearing one's garment and calling with the calls of Jahilliyyah (JA)

وَحَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، جَمِيعًا عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالاَ " وَشَقَّ وَدَعَا " .

This hadith has been narrated by A'mash with the same chain of narrators and the transmitters said:
He tore and called. (JA)
