باب 34

(34) باب الْمِسْكِينِ الَّذِي لاَ يَجِدُ غِنًى وَلاَ يُفْطَنُ لَهُ فَيُتَصَدَّقَ عَلَيْهِ

(34) Chapter: The poor person who cannot find enough to make him independent of means, but the people do not realize that he is in need, so they do not give Charity to him (JA)

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي شَرِيكٌ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، أَنَّهُمَا سَمِعَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ .
