باب 20

(20) باب تَحْرِيمِ امْتِنَاعِهَا مِنْ فِرَاشِ زَوْجِهَا

(20) Chapter: It is unlawful for the wife to refuse to come to her husband's bed (JA)

وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ " حَتَّى تَرْجِعَ " .

This hadith has been narrated through the same chain of transmitters (with a slight variation):
" He said: Until she comes back." (JA)
