(54) باب مَا يُذْكَرُ فِي بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ وَالْحُكْرَةِ

(54) Chapter: The selling of the foodstuff and its storage (JA)

حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ يَقُولُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا فَلاَ يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ ".

Narrated Ibn `Umar:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He who buys foodstuff should not sell it till he has received it." (JA)
