Sahl binAbu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif narrated from his father,from hisgrandfather that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Whoever asks Allahformartyrdom, sincerely from his heart, Allah will cause him to reachthe status of the martyrs even if he dies in his bed." (JA)
