(76) باب الْعَبْدِ يُبَاعُ وَيَسْتَثْنِي الْمُشْتَرِي مَالَهُ
It was narrated from Salim, from his father that the Prophet said:
"Whoever buys a date-palm tree after it has been pollinated, its fruits belong to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. And whoever buys a slave who has wealth, his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the purchaser has stipulated otherwise. "(sahih) (JA)
