باب 91

(91) باب قَدْرِ كَمْ يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَ الْمُصَلِّي وَالسُّتْرَةِ

(91) Chapter: What should be the distance between the person offering Salat (prayer) and the Sutra? (JA)

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ زُرَارَةَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سَهْلٍ، قَالَ كَانَ بَيْنَ مُصَلَّى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَبَيْنَ الْجِدَارِ مَمَرُّ الشَّاةِ.

Narrated Sahl (bin Sa`d):
The distance between the Musalla of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and the wall was just sufficient for a sheep to pass through . (JA)
