It was narrated from Abu Sufyan, the freed slave of Ibn Abu Ahmad, that he told him that he heard Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri say:
"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade Muhaqlah." (Sahih)Muhaqlah means leasing out land (JA)
