Yahya related to me from Malik from Yahya ibn Said from Ismailibn Abi Hakim that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz freed a christian who thendied. Ismail said, ''Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz ordered me to put hisproperty in the bayt al-mal."
