Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Ali ibnHusayn ibn Ali from Umar ibn Uthman ibn Affan from Usama ibn Zayd thatthe Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said,"A muslim does not inherit from a kafir."
