(3) باب أَيْنَ يَجُوزُ بِنَاءُ الْمَسَاجِدِ
It was narrated from 'Uthman bin Abul-'As that:
The Messenger of Allah commanded him to build the mosque of Ta'if in the place where the Taghuts used to be.
