وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا : { أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍ، ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ . (1598)2 - . 1229-وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما؛ أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قطع في مجن ثمنه ثلاثة دراهم. متفق عليه.
Ibn 'Umar (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) cut off the hand of a thief for stealing a shield that was worth three Dirhams. Agreed upon.
