(13) باب الاِخْتِلاَفِ عَلَى أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ
It was narrated that Jarir said:
"The Messenger of Allah [SAW] said: 'If a slave runs away to the land of Shirk, it becomes permissible to shed his blood.'"
