It wasnarrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:
"They (the martyrs) werebroughtto the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on the Day of Uhud, and hestarted tooffer the funeral prayer for them, ten by ten. Hamzah laywhere helay, and they were taken away but he was left where he was."
