(37) باب الرُّخْصَةِ فِي نِكَاحِ الْمُحْرِمِ .
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet married Maimunah when he was a Muhrim, and she appointed Al-'Abbas in charge of her marriage, and he married her to him.
