Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umarfrom Zayd ibn Thabit that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless himand grant him peace, allowed the holder of an ariya to barter thedates on the palm for the amount of dried dates it was estimated thatthe palms would produce.
