(58) باب مَنْ بَاعَ ثِمَارَهُ أَوْ نَخْلَهُ أَوْ أَرْضَهُ أَوْ زَرْعَهُ، وَقَدْ وَجَبَ فِيهِ الْعُشْرُ أَوِ الصَّدَقَةُ فَأَدَّى الزَّكَاةَ مِنْ غَيْرِهِ أَوْ بَاعَ ثِمَارَهُ وَلَمْ تَجِبْ فِيهِ الصَّدَقَةُ
Narrated Anas bin Malik:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the selling of fruits until they were ripe. The Prophet (p.b.u.h) added, "It means that they become red ."
