(48) Chapter: Where the Ring Should be Worn on the Hand, Mentioning the Hadith of 'Ali and 'Abdullah bin Ja'far

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ الْبَحْرَانِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ بْنُ هِلاَلٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَتَخَتَّمُ بِيَمِينِهِ .
It was narrated from 'Abdullah bin Ja'far that:
The Prophet [SAW] used to wear his ring on his right hand.
