(7) باب التَّرْغِيبِ فِي إِقَامَةِ الْحَدِّ
It was narrated that Abu Zurah said:
"Abu Hurairah said: 'Carrying out a Hadd punishment in a land is better for its people than if it were to rain for forty nights." (Daif)
