(18) باب لاَ صَدَقَةَ إِلاَّ عَنْ ظَهْرِ غِنًى
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "The best charity is that which is practiced by a wealthy person. And start giving first to your dependents."
