باب 12

(12) باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ الْقُبْلَةَ فِي الصَّوْمِ لَيْسَتْ مُحَرَّمَةً عَلَى مَنْ لَمْ تُحَرِّكْ شَهْوَتَهُ

(12) Chapter: Clarifying that Kissing when fasting is not unlawful for the one whose desire is not provoked by that

حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ وَكَانَ أَمْلَكَكُمْ لإِرْبِهِ .

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to kiss (his wives) while fasting; and he had the greatest control over his desire (as compared with you).
