(51) باب مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ سِهَامٌ فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِنِصَالِهَا
(51) Chapter: A person who has arrows should carry them by their heads

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " إِذَا مَرَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مَسْجِدِنَا أَوْ فِي سُوقِنَا وَمَعَهُ نَبْلٌ فَلْيُمْسِكْ عَلَى نِصَالِهَا بِكَفِّهِ أَنْ تُصِيبَ أَحَدًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ بِشَىْءٍ أَوْ فَلْيَقْبِضْ عَلَى نِصَالِهَا " .
It was narrated from Abu Musa that the Prophet(ﷺ) said:
"When anyone of you passes through our masjid or our marketplace carrying arrows, let him hold them by their heads, lest he hurt any Muslims."
