(83) Chapter: Doing Business With the People Of the Book

أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَدِرْعُهُ مَرْهُونَةٌ عِنْدَ يَهُودِيٍّ بِثَلاَثِينَ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ لأَهْلِهِ .

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:
"The Messenger of Allah died when his shield was in pledge with a Jew for thirty Sa's of barley for his family
